These rules are in place to ensure every guest’s safety and enjoyment while visiting the attraction and its premises. All patrons are responsible for reading and adhering to these guidelines.

Attendee agrees and understands that while attending this attraction, all safety rules and regulations have been provided to them prior to admittance and that they willingly enter at their own risk. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder releases the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, officers, employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury, death, cost or expense of whatsoever may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction or any other attraction at this location.
ABERDEEN FEAR FACTORY RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO REFUSE ADMISSION TO ANYONE
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTION – If you purchase your ticket and decide you are too frightened or sick or think you have an attainable reason for not wanting to go, you will NOT receive a refund. If you are found to be breaking the rules and are escorted off the premises, you will NOT receive a refund.
ABERDEEN FEAR FACTORY, THEIR EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE LOST STOLEN OR DAMAGED WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE ON THE PROPERTY

Our scenes may be too graphic or scary for younger children, parental discretion is advised.
NO FOOD OR DRINKS INSIDE OF HAUNT
There are designated areas for food and drinks. We ask that customers finish all food and drink before entering the attraction.
THIS ATTRACTION IS NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS, PREGNANT WOMEN, PERSONS WITH HEART, BACK, SEIZURE, CLAUSTROPHOBIA OR BREATHING PROBLEMS
If at any time you feel faint, sick or just want to leave, simply tell one of the Haunt workers and you will be led to the nearest exit.
BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE

NO ROWDINESS IN THE ATTRACTION OR ON THE PREMISES
Aberdeen Fear Factory, their employees and volunteers are not responsible for any accidents caused by playing or disruptive behavior.
NO TOUCHING THE ACTORS. THEY WILL NOT TOUCH YOU
While our actors may come very close to you and look as though they are going to grab you, they will not. Please do not grab, hit, slap or otherwise harm them or you will be escorted out of the attraction.
NO TOUCHING OR GRABBING PROPS
Except for a few places where customers have to walk through props (i.e. curtains, etc), please do not grab or touch props in scenes or on walls. Any destruction of property will result in removal and possible legal action.
NO FLASHLIGHTS OR ANY OTHER LIGHT SOURCES
There are areas that are meant to be dark and foreboding. If you are caught using such devices, they will be taken until the attraction is over.
STAY WITH YOUR GROUP
Our actors will try to “help” you along otherwise.
NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND
This includes firearms, pocket knives, utility knives, pepper spray, etc. You will be scanned before entering.
NO PICTURES OR VIDEO
Please do not video tape or take any pictures inside the attraction. If you are caught doing so, your device will be taken until the attraction is over.
NO CELL PHONES
Please turn them off or leave inside of your vehicle.
NO SMOKING, MATCHES, LIGHTERS OR OTHER FLAMMABLE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED IN ATTRACTION OR TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES – NO EXCEPTIONS
